Free Meals For 2021-2022

This school year breakfast and lunch will be free to all students, funded by the United States Department of Agriculture.

Free Breakfast

The breakfast program will be a take home bag given to students twice a week. Families will need to sign up for this program just once by sending an email to: breakfastorder@rtsd26.org

Please include the following information in your email:

• Each child by first and last name
• School
• Grade

Free Lunch

This will be offered every day that the student is attending school.

• Students who pack a meal from home can enjoy a bag of fruit, vegetables and milk at no cost.*

*If your child has food allergies or food intolerances, please work with them to identify what they can consume from this bag, should they decide to pick one up.

Please note: Due to supply chain disruption, some menu items may not be available. However, there WILL always be a meal available for every participating student.

Quarantine

Students in quarantine due to COVID-19 are still eligible for free meals. Please contact Maribel Real at mreal@rtsd26.org to notify her of your interest. A five-day meal bag will be packed for your family to pick up River Trails Middle School.
