- The board went into closed session at 6:35PM to discuss negotiations.

- Board Communications discussed open houses across the district, Village of Mount Prospect visioning meeting at RTMS, IG Fitness Fundraiser, The Euclid Walk-a-Thon, Donuts with Grown Ups and Ice Cream Social at Euclid, Rec Night at RTMS and the Indian Grove Ribbon Cutting
- District recognition highlighted Prairie Trails Secretary Mary Cannata and Interventionists Amy Larson and Ida Rodriguez
- Administration of Prairie Trails School gave a presentation on school goals and focus areas for 2025-2026
- Mr. Bill Timmins, Principal of Indian Grove School, gave information about Aligning Data to Reality and Understandin the Impact of Assessment Changes
- Mr. Berry gave an update on student enrollment numbers
- Mr. Rognstad gave the NSSEO report which included a review of the Proposed Articles of Agreement
- Mrs. Pfisterer gave the Operations Committee update, with talked about the solar panels, current facilities expenditures, thoughts for future facilities improvements, and the status of district owned vehicles

- Mrs. Pfisterer, Governing Board Representative, shared the 2025 – 2027 Proposed Slate of Officers with the Board members and ask for guidance on how to proceed with the district’s one vote at the October 22, 2025 Division Meeting. They voted to approve.
- The President’s report talked about upcoming events, including IG Pizza and Game Night, Brewing with the Board, RTMS Kickoff Concert and Fall Bash, IG Donuts with Grownups, Parent Teacher Conferences and a non attendance day, upcoming committee and board meetings, and the Village of Mount Prospect Shing Star Gala
- Dr. Megerle talked about the strategic planning survey launch in the Superintendent's report
