Upcoming Bus Deadline

Dear River Trails Families,

If you have not yet paid for transportation for your child, but you want your child to ride the bus, please read the following information carefully. The deadline for signing up is this Thursday, July 21.

  • Transportation fees must be paid before your child can receive a bus pass. Bus passes must be displayed for your child to ride the bus.
  • If you would like your child to ride the bus, payment should be made online at the Powerschool parent portal.
  • Payment MUST be made by Thursday, July 21 to guarantee that your child can ride the bus starting on the first day of school. If payment is received AFTER July 21, your child will be added to a bus route (at an EXISTING bus stop) after Labor Day.
  • Payment may be made using a credit card on the Powerschool parent portal, or by cash/check/money order made payable to River Trails School District 26.
  • If you are paying by cash/check/money order, please drop your payment off at the district office (1900 E. Kensington Road).
