Every year, the Buildings and Grounds Department surveys our staff to see how we are doing. 98 staff members responded to the most recent survey done in Dec 2019. The responses were evenly distributed across all our buildings. Here are some highlights. Approximately 520 work orders were completed in the period from July - December. 84% of staff members rated us a 4 or 5 on timely completion of a work order request. 12% rated us a 3, while only 4% rated us a 1 or 2. 68% of staff members rated us a 4 or 5 on cleanliness of their building. 21% rated us a 3, while 11% rated us a 1 or 2. 62% of staff members rated us a 4 or 5 on cleanliness of their room. 21% rated us a 3, while 17% rated us a 1 or 2.
