Welcome to the RTMS Poms website

                                                  

   What is the Poms Squad???

The poms squad is a group of girls who love to dance and

love to have a good time.  Try-outs are in May and we dance

all summer. We also go to camp in Wisconsin. At camp this

year we learned six dances in four days!!!! The 8th grade

squad took home the 1st place trophy for their open and first

place for the overall middle school category. The 6th and 7th

grade squad took home a second place in their short program

and received a trophy. They also received  one of the

highest honors as the sunshine squad. All the squads voted

and decided that the 6th and 7th graders made a big

difference to their camp experience. Come out to the boys

and girls basketball games and stick around for the

halftime show. You will also see them cheering the teams on!

The 6th and 7th graders are coached by Mrs. Wilk and the

8th graders are coached by Mrs. Pasek.
