Physical Reminder
Physical Exam Form Proof of Insurance Form Proof of Insurance en Españole A variety of sports opportunities are open to students at Trails. Flag football, basketball, volleyball, pickleball, soccer, and softball are offered as intramurals after school. Interscholastic sports include cross country, basketball, Pom pons, volleyball, wrestling, and track and field. These activities are open to all students on a tryout basis. (State law mandates that an annual physical examination is on file prior to participation in interscholastic sports.)
