Publisher XP makes it possible to convert your print newsletter for use on your web site. The newsletter will automatically be reformatted from a multi-column to a single column format for easier reading on the web. Publisher will also make separate pages for each article and create links to connect them.

 

1.      On the File menu, click New.

2.       In the New Publication task pane, click From existing publication.

3.       Click the filename of your newsletter, and then click Create New.

4.       Make any adjustments necessary and save with a descriptive filename.

5.       In the Newsletter Options task pane, click Convert to Web Layout.

6.       Add introductory information to the first page of your new web publication.

7.       Check placement of graphics and text boxes and adjust as necessary.
