GOAL

My students will read at increasing levels of complexity for a variety of purposes, write effectively for different audiences and specific purposes, use critical listening and viewing skills in various situations and for a variety of purposes, and will speak effectively in a variety of formal and informal situations.

REQUIRED MATERIALS

Being prepared for class is an integral part of being successful.  Beside the required work and books, the materials for each day include an organizational binder, 1 red pen, 1 blue/black pen, loose leaf paper, notebooks, and  index cards.
