Learn the names of the letters. 6. Practice letter sounds. 7. Use writing in meaningful ways at home– notes, labels, lists, cards… 8. Re-tell a favorite story. 9. Practice making rhyming words. 10. Try to write your numbers from 0-10. 11. Practice segmenting words C/a/t. 12. Practice listening for letter sounds at the beginning, middle, and end of words. |
