Well, it seems that winter may finally be over. It has been a long, cold and snowy past few months but the PTC has been busier than ever. With only two months left of school, there is still a lot happening at Indian Grove.
On Saturday, April 12th, we had our annual Parent’s Night Out fundraiser. A great time was had by all!. We hope you had an opportunity to attend and support our school. Thanks to all that planned, organized, and volunteered at this event.
Coming up in April and May are the Ice Cream Social, Muffins with Mom, Dads Do
Recess and Field Days. We hope to see everyone at these events.
We are pleased to announce the nomination for next years open PTC board position of Secretary – Lori Methner. An election will be held at the May meeting and is still open to anyone who would like to run. Thank you Lori!
Finally, there are still open coordinator positions available and assistance needed on several committees for the 2008-2009 school year. Please look inside the Pow-Wow and consider sharing your time and talents.
Please come out to the May 13th PTC meeting in the cafeteria at 7:00 p.m. The
Secretary’s position will be elected and we will thank all volunteers for their past
support and dedication to the children, staff and community of Indian Grove School. This will be the last meeting of the school year. See you there!
